How to Redeem Codes in Epic Heroes (X-Hero)
The redemption process is hidden within the menus. Follow these exact steps to claim your free loot:
- Open Epic Heroes / X-Hero on your device.
- Tap on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the top-left corner of the main city screen.
- Look for the “Exchange Code” button (sometimes labeled as “Redeem Code”).

Why Is My Code Not Working?
If you see an error message, it is likely due to one of these reasons:
- Case Sensitivity: X-Hero codes are very strict. If the code is “HERO2025”, typing “hero2025” might not work. Always use capital letters if shown.
- Spaces: Be careful not to copy any extra spaces before or after the code.
- Expiration: Codes for this game often expire after the weekend or after a specific event ends.
- Server Lag: Sometimes, after a big update, the redemption server might be slow. Try again in a few minutes.
