Lunar New Year Event

The Lunar New Year event is now live, offering a festive twist to the world of Jujutsu Infinite.

Here’s what you can expect:

Glowing Gold Aura Mobs: Mobs now have a chance to spawn with a glowing gold aura. Defeating these special mobs will reward you with Snake Talismans, a new limited-time currency.
Snake Talisman Rewards:
- World Bosses (Gold Aura): 10 Snake Talismans
- Queueable Bosses (Gold Aura): 5 Snake Talismans
- Advanced NPCs & Mini Boss Curses (Gold Aura): 2 Snake Talismans
- Normal Curses (Gold Aura): 1 Snake Talisman
18-Hour Limit: You can collect a maximum of 100 Snake Talismans every 18 hours.
Black Market NPC: Spend your hard-earned Snake Talismans at the Black Market NPC for exclusive rewards.
Limited-Time Event: The Lunar New Year event is only available for a limited time, so start farming those Snake Talismans! The event will run for 2 weeks.

New Consumable Drops: Red Envelopes, Fireworks, Snake Charms, and Dumplings

This update introduces exciting new consumable items:

Red Envelope: Spawns a chest containing uncommon or better loot, including Lunar New Year drops.
Fireworks: Grants everyone nearby 3 Red Envelopes and creates festive firework effects.
Snake Charm: Provides a +1.5x luck boost on your next chest opening (better than Fortune Gourd).
Dumplings: Grants a +0.1x luck boost for 5 minutes (better than Luck Vials).

These consumables can be found in all chests and are also obtainable through the Black Market.

New Limited-Time Armor Sets

Four new armor sets have been added, available for a limited time only, these sets will become unobtainable after the event ends:

Jujutsu High map has been redecorated.
Zen Forest map has received redecorations.
A new emote has been added to celebrate the Lunar New Year.

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, two new codes have been released:

Quality of Life Improvements

Ranked Match Leashing: Players falling or being flung out of the map in Ranked Matches will now be brought back.
Thickened Ranked Map Floors: Floors in some Ranked Maps have been thickened to prevent players from falling out. Roofs have also been added where missing.
Console LockOn Camera Adjustments: Improved camera positioning for moves when using Console LockOn for better accuracy at close range.
Server List Fix Attempt: An attempt has been made to fix issues with server lists not functioning correctly.
Daily Trade Limit Changes:
- The daily trade limit no longer resets on the last trade. It now resets X hours after the first trade.
- The daily trade limit has been raised from 15 to 20 trades.
- The daily trade limit timer has been reduced from 16 hours to 12 hours.

Bug Fixes

Fixed Abyssal Curse not increasing status effect duration.
Fixed Explosive Rush not properly causing an AoE effect on rush.
Fixed Inferno Cape not increasing burn damage by 50%.
Fixed some PvE buffs applying to players.
Addressed an issue where leaving during a domain clash could break everyone’s game.
Fixed some status effect descriptions not showing up.

Balancing Changes

Jacob’s Ladder: Outside of a domain, it no longer bypasses cutscenes.
Demonic Toss: Can no longer be used to reset someone’s vent.
Wet Nature: Now applies the “wet” status for 5 seconds instead of 1.

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, a 2X EXP event is active for a limited time of only 2 days!
